1 . Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

You cannot change your product however it can be modified upon your request within 3 hours of placing the order, please contact us at +91 8337043044 or support@kalakritikreationss.com for the same.

2 . Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with our team immediately along with your order number.

3 . What if I receive a product in damaged condition?

In case you receive a product in damaged condition, you have to inform our team at +91 8337043044 immediately for further procedure. Depending upon the product, decision will be taken by our team regarding it.

4 . Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?

Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available. In this case, you will not receive any refund, however, we will re-ship your order.

5 . What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Team within 10 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 10 days for the non-delivery of your order then the Kalakriti Kreationss will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

6 . Where can Kalakriti Kreationss deliver products?

Kalakriti Kreationss delivers its products all over in India. We use premium courier partners for our deliveries. We can usually delivery domestic orders in 7-10 business days to regular pincodes. It may take up to 12-14 business days to deliver products to remote locations.

7. Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

No, we do not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift.

8. Can I apply the discount code after paying?

No you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.

9. Are my transactions & banking details secure on Kalakriti Kreationss?

Our complete website is secured by an SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https’ which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http’ connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring high level of security. We suggest that you avoid sharing details of your IGP account or your card details with anyone.

10. How do I track my order?

You can track your order either using the Track Order link section.
If for any reason you cannot track your order, you will have to write to us at support@kalakritikreationss.com or call at +91 8337043044 and we will check the status of your order and inform you the same.
